Job Description

Purpose of the Position

1. 4+ years in project/supply chain management or production control, specializing in consumer electronics processes.
2. Fluent English proficiency (written/spoken) with 3+ years of independent client correspondence experience.
3. Preferred: Logical analysis skills and cost control expertise.
4. Strong accountability, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, resilience, and proactive mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Analyze and report client data (APR achievement, BOM issues, CTB status), identifying anomalies promptly.
2. Validate customer requirements (e.g., new process qualification, capacity expansion planning).
3. Lead cost-reduction initiatives through internal evaluations and progress tracking.
4. Act as PM to resolve BOM/ECR issues, balance cross-project/factory resources, and address process standards.

Education and Work Experience

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business English.
2. Experience: 4+ years in project/supply chain management or procurement, with consumer electronics expertise.

• Team: 3 direct reports
  • Capex Engineer (1 HC)
  • OPM Engineers (2 HC)

Working Conditions
• Office-based role in fast-paced environment.
• Required to handle after-hours emergencies and overtime for project continuity.
