Job Description

Looking for a high functioning, experienced and energetic person to be the personal assistant of a CEO and take care of all estate needs. Person must be able to multitask efficiently, communicate clearly, be highly flexible and be available at different times. Event planning, catering or butler experience is preferred. Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years' experience managing high-end private residences with verifiable references.
  • College Degree, BA minimum
  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Be punctual and schedule driven.
  • Maintain close attention to detail with a focused thoroughness.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
  • Be personable, communicative, and engaging
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of employer
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hold a high personal standard in their work
  • Be mature and emotionally stable
  • Have creative thinking skills to arrive at new and innovative solutions
  • Flexibility for a 24/7 on-call lifestyle
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the team.
  • Able to work well independently and take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment.
  • Strong technology skills needed.
  • Available to work in-person daily, this is not a remote role.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle that you can use for work.

The right candidate has experience managing multiple residences and enjoys managing day-to-day details. You must have a hands-on mentality. This is a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact between the Family and the domestic staff.
  • Manage preventive and routine maintenance and the general upkeep of multiple properties. Ensure the residences are ready and well stocked.
  • Oversee staff, vendors, and contractors. Communicate with staff daily by phone, text, email.
  • Responsible for daily spending decisions operating within approved budgets.
  • Submit expense reports and receipts to the Employer
  • Manage technology systems in the residences.
  • Personal services including errands, shopping, shipping & receiving.
  • Event planning and execution.

Schedule:

This job requires flexible hours, including availability for nights and weekends as needed. Candidate must live in or reside near Ocean County, NJ, several nights a week. Candidate must be able to respond to phone calls and text messages quickly.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation of $130,000 - $180,000 with an excellent benefits package. Relocation stipend available for the right candidate.
