• As our GIS Senior Delivery Lead, I will manage the program effectively, providing client presentations, crafting business cases, and creating roadmaps. The role includes overseeing GIS program and project management with a proven history of successful onsite delivery. I will ensure timely execution of GIS projects within scope, budget, and quality standards, while also guaranteeing compliance with industry standards, best practices, and client requirements. My responsibilities will include proactively managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies, along with experience in interface integration and application migration. I will drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies in the utilities domain, ensuring high-quality solution delivery through thorough testing and validation processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate ArcGIS technologies and mentorship of junior engineers will be part of my approach to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. I will analyze complex technical challenges and develop strategic solutions that align with our business objectives, facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in GIS and spatial technologies, and monitor industry trends to maintain our organization’s technological edge.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $98,550 to $180,000, depending on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
